Hello fashion lovers, meet up-and-coming fashion designer, Zahra!
Zahra grew up in Iran where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design. Upon completing her degree, she enrolled in the Fashion Management and Promotions program at Humber. Here, she has developed a strong knowledge in product development, design, and fashion promotions. Zahra is very genuine and loves working with various teams of individuals in the industry. She loves the human body and her style is always inspired by natural beauty. She loves to use outfits with trims to show body curves, and dark colours are her favourite colours to work with.
Favourite Style:
One of my favourite details in clothes is pockets! I use a lot of clothes which have pockets as well as using black pieces with white is my favourite one.
Describe this look:
This look is exactly what I said used black and white combination with a shirt with two seams which shows my body types in a perfect way.
About fashion:
In my career, I focus mostly on details and design simple outfits with dark and pure colours. I also care about functionality as well as i love outfits that I feel comfortable.
One thing that makes you feel awesome?
I feel awesome when I combine various elements. For example, a simple white t-shirt, black pants and minimal pieces too.
What inspires you most?
I am a fashion designer and I try to practice design everyday. I study colors, lines, combinations and interesting designs to draw inspirations from. For me, I love simplicity, minimalism and pure colours. The way I dress and my inspirations come from my practices.
One style obsession?
For me, high-quality fabric and a well-done dress with well-sewn seams is always priority.
